Guest communication on WhatsApp, organised event by event.
Neebora is a portal for wedding planners and event companies. Give each event its own WhatsApp number and guest list, send invitations and updates, and manage RSVPs and replies from one place.
Neebora is in development. We're onboarding a small group of event companies first.

Most event teams still run guest messaging from a personal number.
It works for a dozen guests. At a few hundred guests across several events, it starts to break down.
-
Numbers get restricted
Sending the same message to hundreds of guests from an ordinary number can trigger WhatsApp's spam protections. When a number is restricted mid-campaign, the conversations tied to it are hard to recover.
-
Events blur together
Guests from different weddings and conferences end up in one chat list, with no clean way to separate who belongs to which event.
-
Official access has been costly
Using the WhatsApp Business Platform used to mean going through a Business Solution Provider, which added cost, setup and another vendor. Meta's Coexistence feature now lets a business connect a number it already uses in the WhatsApp Business app.
How Neebora works
One account for your company. One project for every event you run.
Create your business account
Sign up once for your company. Every event you manage sits under this account.
Open a project per event
A wedding, a summit or a reception each gets its own project, with its own guest list.
Connect a WhatsApp number
Each project links to its own number through Meta's Coexistence feature. You can keep using that number in the WhatsApp Business app.
Message guests, track replies
Send invitations and updates to opted-in guests, then handle replies and RSVPs from the portal.
Every event is its own workspace.
Guest lists and conversation history stay separate between projects, even when they belong to the same company. What happens at one event never spills into another.

What Neebora is being built to do
Broadcast invitations and updates
Send one message to a project's whole guest list using WhatsApp-approved message templates.
Two-way conversations
Guests reply in WhatsApp. Replies arrive in the project's inbox instead of on one person's phone.
RSVP tracking
See who is attending, who has declined and who hasn't replied yet, event by event.
Guest lists per project
Keep a separate guest list for every event, managed in one portal.
Neebora is in active development. This page describes the platform we are building, and details may change before public launch. See the product page for more.
Built for guests who have said yes.
Neebora is designed for opt-in communication about events. It is not a tool for bulk marketing to people who haven't agreed to hear from you.
Consent comes first
Event companies are responsible for collecting guest consent before messaging, and our Terms of Service require it.
Approved templates
Business-initiated messages go out as WhatsApp-approved templates, in line with WhatsApp's Business Messaging Policy.
Opt-outs are respected
Guests can stop receiving messages at any time, and customers must honour those requests.
